We’re looking for someone to:
- Support the production team with day-to-day tasks and practical requirements on the studio floor.
- Help coordinate cast, crew, contributors, and visitors, ensuring people are where they need to be.
- Assist with moving and preparing equipment, props, paperwork, and other production materials.
- Relay messages and information accurately between departments and the production team.
- Help maintain a safe, tidy, and organised working environment.
- Respond quickly to requests from producers, floor managers, and other senior crew members.
- Assist with timings, cues, set-ups, and general logistics to keep the production running to schedule.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks and troubleshoot practical issues as they arise, using initiative and good judgement.
Essential:
- Demonstrated budgeting skills with previous credits on similar productions.
- Proven ability to support Costume, Hair and make up.
- Produce documentation providing info on daily events aligning shooting with schedules.
- Possess skill generating spreadsheets.
- A dynamic ability to adapt to changes and provide solutions to the creative departments.
Desired (but not essential):
- Previous experience as a runner or in a production, studio, broadcast, events, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with production terminology, processes, and workflows.
- Experience working on a busy studio floor or live environment.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment, props, or set logistics.
- Confidence using production paperwork, schedules, call sheets, or communication systems.
- Experience working with a range of departments and supporting different teams.
Role Details:
Start Date: Oct/Nov 2026
Location: Office base is in Barking, most work will take place on filming locations in Greater Locations.
Contract: 5 Day Working Week / Standard Working Hours – 10
