Job Description
We’re looking for someone to:
- Complete supervised tasks such as labelling, logging, and file preparation with accuracy.
- Practice safe handling of drives, media, and contributor materials under supervision.
- Assist with trainee-level logs, exports, or review prep when delegated.
- Learn correct edit suite etiquette, confidentiality protocols, and inclusive practices.
- Record learning milestones with the 1st Assistant Editor and Training Manager.
- Contribute to the final trainee CPD report at wrap, with feedback from the editorial team.
Role Details:
Dates: Monday 27th July 2026 – Friday 30th July 2027 (with possible extension to Friday 1st Oct 2027).
Location: In person at the studio. London (studio base in North London, with location filming across Greater London). Any travel outside of these areas will be communicated in advance.
Working Hours: Standard working day 10hrs + 1.
